Frequently Asked Questions

Question:  Is it alright to use the Yeast Beaters Cleanse during pregnancy or nursing?

Answer: All Yeast Beaters Cleanse products are safe for nursing mothers and particularly good for assisting a nursing baby with cradle cap or thrush through mother's milk.  However, if you are pregnant or wanting to conceive, DO NOT use the Yeast Beaters plus Immune Support product during the first trimester, as it can interfere with implantation of the growing fetus.  This supplement is designed to rid the body of parasites; which a developing embryo IS in relation to the mother's body during early development.

The other cleanse products; Exodus, Glutamine, and probiotic are safe to use during pregnancy.  Exodus is an excellent way to ensure regular bowel movements when pregnancy hormones slow down gut motility.  Glutamine and probiotic are also excellent supplements for safely elevating mother's immune defenses during pregnancy. All product ingredients are disclosed on product labels and may be discussed with your care provider if you have further question about their suitability for your present condition.

Question: I’ve been using the Yeast Beaters plus Immune Support capsules for 7 days and am unsure of my results.  How will I know if it is working?

Answer:  If you are wondering about your own results, consider the following:

 1) Do you have a symptom that you believe is yeast related that you are working on?

 2) Are you following The Yeast Beaters Cleanse Instructions? You can find them here on www.myFeelGoodFoods.com under "Yeast Beaters Cleanse".  The Yeast Beaters Cleanse testimonials you read about on our website all followed The Yeast Beaters Cleanse Instructions as outlined.

3) While watching out for trigger foods may not be crucial for you, we still recommend avoiding simple and refined sugars as they by nature will work against the cleanse, especially if you wonder if you are getting the desired results.

4) Seven days into the cleanse may be too soon to assess what is really going on with your body.  While you will feel a lifting of gut and skin disorders within the first week, you might also experience die-off reactions within the first few days (gas, cramping, bloating, itchy skin, headache, etc.) and may question your progress. Hang on, and by the end of the two weeks you will feel any die-off reactions lift as well.

You may not experience chronic joint pain lifting until after the second week.  Also, if you are female, once you've been through one or two menstrual cycles, you'll know how menstrual discomforts have improved too.

People with seasonal allergies may only know clearly, how much the cleanse has helped their allergies once another exposure to pollen has past.  So we are asking people to give early feedback if they'd like (we love it too!), but to listen to their body for 50-60 days while they're doing maintenance, to give their full assessment.  Please tell us about your own success at results@myFeelGoodFoods.com.  We look forward to hearing from you.
